VO Store Locator uses shortcodes to allow to put a map listing on any page you like.
You will just need to add the short code [vo-locator] to the page you want to display the map.
Some visual editors may break the formatting of the shortcode.
So if you having an issue, try using the text version of the page/post to see if the shortcode is correctly formatted.
